Capacity
The Capacity frame explores what happens once Nora has a clear sense of her limits.
This is not a space for testing edges or discovering thresholds. Those moments are assumed to have already taken place. The attention here shifts to what remains once limits are understood.
Within this frame, Nora works inside what she can carry without strain. If something exceeds her range, it stays outside. If something fits, it is allowed to continue without pressure.
Nothing is pushed to become more than it is. Ideas aren’t stretched for effect or expanded simply to see if they hold. The work stays close to what can be sustained.
There is a steady awareness of scale: what can be managed, what can be held over time, and what continues to function without friction.
This frame isn’t about restriction. It’s about recognition.
Nora is not smaller here. She is more clearly defined.
What remains is what works. What works is enough.
